We are unable to redirect shipment to a different address or cancel the order once it has been dispatched.

The costs vary depending on the shipping destination. These charges are not included in your order at checkout and will be collected by local carrier before delivery.

 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status.

 

We are not responsible for packages that suffer damage during transit, are neglected, or become lost after delivery. This includes shipments that were undeliverable due to the recipient's absence. It remains the customer's responsibility to track their package and stay informed of its status.
